Deliveries on Sunday/Monday must be ordered by Wednesday at 5pm.
Deliveries on Wednesday must be ordered Saturday at 5 pm.
If you are past our deadline times your order will be processed for the next available delivery on the day of the week you requested.
Deliveries are done on Sundays/Wednesdays PM (between 6-10 pm ) and Monday/Thursday AM (between 10 am-2 pm) unless otherwise arranged for our flying friends.
Custom orders and out of the city orders are delivered on Monday PM. Please ensure someone will be home at this time. We will send a text to the number provided to let you know when we are en route to your address. All clients not available at time of delivery are still responsible for the delivery and its charges. If in a house, delivery will be left on your step. For all others, another delivery/pick up may be arranged within 24 hours (Delivery fees & charges may apply).
We make every attempt possible to deliver your meals on the above days and times; however, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or traffic) may impact delivery times.
Deliveries may be cancelled and a credit applied to your account up to 48 hours prior to delivery time, sorry no refunds are issued. If you are unsure about our services, we welcome you to try our services for a week before joining us as a Monthly Member. Monthly Members may cancel up until the 21 day of the month and the balance of deliveries will be carried out and any cancellations applied to the following month.
Of course it is! Simply send us an email to [email protected] with any special requirements that you may have (Paleo, IIFYM, coach designed plans etc) and we will work with you to provide your custom menu. Our Custom Plan fee is an additional ($50/wk) and all custom orders are delivered on Monday PM (unless otherwise arranged).
Our meals will remain fresh for up to 5 days. We recommend keeping them well chilled and heating properly before consuming. If you are wanting to freeze some meals, you do so at your own risk as the quality/taste may be compromised as the meals are prepared to eat fresh.
We do have an optional 'split delivery' that you may select if you would like your meals delivered in two deliveries for optimal freshness. (Highly recommended when ordering more than 5 days of food).
We will do everything possible to deliver your package to you. If a circumstance arises where your package cannot be delivered to you from our end (ie weather, traffic, mechanical issue etc.) we will either make an arrangement for another delivery (no charge of course) or a pick up within 48 hours. If this cannot be arranged we will credit your account. Sorry no refunds will be issued.
